Pentagon Funded Bio Labs Around the World, Including Ukraine

If there has been one thing that has come out of the global release of a virus, that forced citizens to crouch in their homes for two years, it was this: Those who claim to have our “best interests” in mind, really don’t.

For two years, people have been locked down, lost businesses, jobs and income, have been forced to get a vaccine they didn’t really need, that causes more harm than good and now everyone has to deal with what looks like, impending nuclear doom.

Turns out, the United States military has been involved in making deadly viruses, bacteria and toxins in bioweapons labs around the world, some of them being located in Ukraine. This is a direct violation of the United Nations Convention – for what that’s worth.

According to reports, bioweapons labs in over 25 different countries, are controlled by the Pentagon and include Ukraine, Georgia, Iraq, Afghanistan, Laos, Jordan, Vietnam, Thailand, Kenya, the Philippines, Uganda, Tanzania, Cambodia, Malaysia, Cameroon, Sierra Leone, Liberia, South Africa, Guinea, Senegal and Côte d’Ivoire.

The Defense Threat Reduction Agency (DTRA) is a US military program, with $2.1 billion in taxpayer dollars in their budget, who are responsible for the set up and operations of these 25 bioweapons labs, the program is called the Cooperative Biological Engagement Program (CBEP).

In Ukraine alone, the Pentagon, through the Department of Defense’s (DoD) DTRA program , is funding 11 bio-laboratories and despite the name, they don’t reduce the risk at all, in fact, they actively work to make them even greater.

“Ukraine has no control over the military bio-laboratories on its own territory,” reports the Exploring Real History blog.

“According to the 2005 Agreement between the U.S. DoD and the Ministry of Health of Ukraine, the Ukrainian government is prohibited from public disclosure of sensitive information about the U.S. program and Ukraine is obliged to transfer to the U.S. Department of Defense (DoD) dangerous pathogens for biological research.”

In partnership with Canada, Sweden and Ukraine, the United States developed certain protocols to develop weapons of mass destruction, developed in Ukraine called the Science and Technology Center (STCU), funded primarily by the United States and interestingly, has been given diplomatic status.

Some of those involved in the research were previously working for the Soviet Union’s biological weapons programs.

More than $285 million, undoubtedly tax payer dollars, has been invested into STCU for over 1,850 projects, produced by scientists who previously worked on bio weapons.

Over 20 Ukrainian soldiers died after being exposed to a flu-like virus, while over 200 were hospitalized at a lab facility in Kharkiv, Ukraine in 2016 – which is under the control of the Pentagon.

The Ukrainian government did not report on the incident and a further 364 people died across the nation two months later from what was said to have been caused by a Swine Flu A or H1N1, the strain that caused a pandemic in 2009.

DPR, an intelligence group, reported that the virus leak had come from the US bio lab in Kharkiv. Making the Pentagon directly responsible for the outbreak.
