Pelosi and Schiff Rewrite History with January 6 Circus

After vetoing Republican appointments to the so-called “Jan. 6” committee and seating perhaps the Democrats’ most infamous anti-Trumper, Nancy Pelosi destroyed even the thinnest thread of the probe’s credibility. Only in the Washington, D.C., swamp can political elites perpetuate circus-like distractions targeting former President Donald Trump and get away with it.

House Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy resisted putting the country through another witch hunt. But with Democrats leveraging their slim majority and RINO traitor Liz Cheney siding with the left, McCarthy made the tough choice to balance the Capitol insurrection hoax with hard-charging Republicans. Speaker Pelosi wanted no part of determined GOP Reps. Jim Jordan or Jim Banks because they have a track record of presenting facts that don’t fit the left’s narrative. The thought Rep. Jordan and Rep. Banks would present evidence the Trump Administration warned Capitol security and offered support are not facts Democrats and the fake news media want everyday people to know. That’s largely why Pelosi rejected their appointments.

“This represents an egregious abuse of power and will irreparably damage this institution. Denying the voices of members who have served in the military and law enforcement, as well as leaders of standing committees, has made it undeniable that this panel has lost all legitimacy and credibility and shows the Speaker is more interested in playing politics than seeking the truth,” McCarthy reportedly stated. “Unless Speaker Pelosi reverses course and seats all five Republican nominees, Republicans will not be party to their sham process and will instead pursue our own investigation of the facts.”

The West Coast Democrat has no intention of seating intellectually forceful Republicans. Instead, she’s reached out to a band of the most scurrilous liars and fact deniers within her party. California Rep. Adam Schiff will hold a prominent position on the Jan. 6 committee, and his history of leaks, manipulation, and pushing debunked narratives speaks volumes to this carny sideshow.

The Wall Street Journal and other sources have repeatedly published fact-driven reports indicating Schiff pressed the phony Russian Collusion hoax after he knew it was proven false.

“The Russians offered help. The campaign accepted help. The Russians gave help, and the President made full use of that help,” Schiff reportedly said on CNN in 2017.

And after a thorough investigation and report discovered the information used by the FBI and dishonest media was nothing more than a fabricated opposition dossier funded by Hillary Clinton’s campaign, Schiff perpetuated the false Russia narrative saying he saw “evidence of the Trump campaign’s efforts to invite, make use of, and cover-up Russia’s help in the 2016 presidential election.”

With someone of such questionable morals as Adam Schiff in place, Pelosi and her divisive extremist progressives again ask Americans to believe the propaganda they plan to spew across a dishonest media devoid of credibility.
