Will Andrew Cuomo Actually Face Arrest Now?

New York Governor Andrew Cuomo has resigned after a slew of sexual assault allegations has been leveraged against him. Earlier this week, a long lineup of law enforcement officials and others stood before the media to report on the many, many allegations in which Cuomo is said to have groped, touched, felt-up, and otherwise sexually harassed security, police details, his own staff, peers, and others.

The details of the allegations given were both graphic and trifling. The statements mentioned the touching of breasts, buttocks, genitals, several instances of sexually charged language, and more. But because Cuomo is responsible for the deaths of tens of thousands of elderly people in nursing homes when COVID patients were moved in with them – the allegations of sexual misconduct are piss-poor, pathetic, and maddening.

At present, Cuomo is believed to be responsible for the deaths of over 15,000 nursing home residents by forcing them to share rooms with persons infected with COVID. The New York Times says the number stands at roughly 17,000 deaths, others cite lower numbers. But the fact remains that Cuomo’s decision was stridently discouraged by health officials in New York and elsewhere. But Cuomo didn’t listen.

For clarity, we do not mean to claim that inappropriate sexual touching and harassment is acceptable behavior. It is disgusting and reprehensible. But at a time when the nation is strangling under the burden of official misinformation about the novel Coronavirus when suicides from locked down teens and out of work men and women are off the charts, and when millions of small businesses have been closed – it’s bizarre that this is what takes Cuomo down.

The amount of fear-mongering about this virulent strain of the common cold is unprecedented. Even the Spanish flu was far more dangerous. Driving in an automobile is still more dangerous than the disease – and even the vaccine is more dangerous than the disease! But Cuomo goes down for playing grab-ass, and not for mass murder.

Frankly, we think the reason is obvious. If Cuomo were prosecuted for the crimes he deserves to be prosecuted for, it would further erode public trust in the government’s ability to command and control our lives for COVID-related reasons. We believe that is why he is being deposed over this relatively paltry set of offenses.

At this moment, massive ongoing protests are being held in New York over the continued COVID tyranny, as they are in countries all over the world. People are already rapidly losing faith in so-called leaders to tell us how best to behave during the so-called pandemic. This sequestering of Cuomo is nothing but damage control.

Rarely has such a high-profile politician been disposed of so quickly. There are more allegations against Joe Biden. There are reams and reams of video evidence of Joe Biden groping, sniffing women and little girls right in from of the media and right in front of their parents. Imagine what Biden is like when the cameras are off, when the parents are not around… when the hairs on his legs need to be rubbed down. But Biden doesn’t have the same kind of COVID secrets Cuomo has.
