Former Planned Parenthood Head Says Vaccine Mandate Doesn’t Go Far Enough

While there are hundreds of millions of Americans who are deeply angered by wannabe Emperor Biden’s mandatory vaccine decree, one person is upset for all the wrong reasons.

Dr. Leana Wen, former head of Planned Parenthood, says that the vaccine mandate doesn’t go far enough because people can still travel without getting a shot. She then asserted that the unvaccinated should not only be denied the “privilege” of taking a plane or train, but also be forced to stay at home until they get the shot. As she told viewers on CNN news, there are “privileges” associated with being an American and these “privileges” can be withdrawn by the government if its citizens fail to meet the president’s demands.

Dr. Wen may be thinking of Australia when she envisions an America. However, unlike Australia, America recognizes constitutional rights, and the Fourteenth Amendment makes it clear that the government cannot “deprive any person of life, liberty or property without due process.” What’s more, the government does not have the right to deny residents equal protection of the law.

Put simply, the Founding Fathers took measures to ensure that a future dictator would not be permitted to tell certain groups of people that it didn’t like that they couldn’t travel or get a job. Dr. Wen must be familiar with this portion of the Constitution.

After all, the Biden Administration is currently using it to sue Texas over the state’s controversial anti-abortion law. However, like most leftists, it’s likely Dr. Wen feels that while it’s alright for women to murder their unborn children, it’s not OK for U.S. citizens and/or residents to refuse a government-sponsored vaccine.

Conservative pundits have long predicted that Democrats would use the COVID-19 pandemic as an excuse for a massive power grab. Sadly, they were dead right. It started with Democrat governors locking down states and mandating masks while breaking their own rules and running around maskless. It has now reached a point at which the president is attempting to mandate vaccines for hundreds of millions of Americans using questionable legal reasoning that will almost certainly be challenged in courts throughout the nation. To make matters worse, the far left feels President Biden hasn’t gone far enough and is itching to strip Americans of the few freedoms they have left.

Unfortunately, there is a very good chance the Biden Administration may listen to Dr. Wen. What restrictions will come next is anyone’s guess, but history makes it clear that governments don’t let go of power easily.
