Defense Contractor Raytheon Pushes Critical Race Theory on Staff

Raytheon is a leading high-tech weapons developer and merchant serving the US military with some of the most advanced instruments of precision and mass destruction ever developed. Their job is to sell the tools of dominance to the Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines, Special, and Intelligence forces.

To produce the most powerful, advanced, and terrifying weapons ever devised, the workers, engineers, and designers have to be at the top of their trade. They must work around the clock, honing their skills and their ideas to solve unsolvable problems and outstrip the previous generation of weapons. Nevertheless, Raytheon has become the latest major US institution to embrace modern political correctness, progressivism, or “woke” ideology.

Activist Christopher Rufo has revealed internal Raytheon documents that show the company has been pushing critical race theory on its employees in re-education sessions. White workers are being told to forget about “equality,” to check their privilege, and to support the movement to defund the police. What any of this has to do with producing lasers that can shoot down drones boggles the mind.

Earlier this week, Rufo tweeted, “SCOOP: Raytheon, the nation’s second-largest defense contractor, has launched a critical race theory program that encourages white employees to confront their ‘privilege,’ reject the principle of ‘equality,’ and defund the police.”

The Daily Caller reported on Rufo’s findings saying Raytheon CEO, Greg Hayes is the brain behind the program to push progressive ideology on staff and that the initiative is entitled, “Stronger Together.”

Raytheon employees are pressured to sign a “pledge” to interrogate their own unconscious biases and become “anti-racist.” As you may or may not know, according to the “woke” mentality, being non-racist is not enough, that one must be actively anti-racist in order to not be a white supremacist.

It’s a call that pushes critical race theory into every aspect of life, including the activity of designing and building advanced military electronics. What’s more, checking one’s own biases is code for never-ending self-shaming. Like white and male college students – who have been brow-beaten with unending pressure to search their minds and behavior for sexism, racism, homophobia, and more – Raytheon employees are about to find themselves hopelessly mired.

Rufo tweeted, “Raytheon tells employees to ‘identify everyone’s race’ during workplace conversations. Whites must ‘listen to the experiences’ of ‘marginalized identities’ and should give [those with such identities] the floor in meetings or on calls, even if it means silencing yourself.”

He goes on to explain that the defense contractor “… instructs white employees never to say that they pray things change soon.’ Whites must acknowledge that their own discomfort is ‘a fraction’ of their black colleagues, who are ‘exhausted, mentally drained, frustrated, stressed, barely sleeping, scared and overwhelmed.'”

In the next step in the indoctrination process, Raytheon instructs employees to reject “equality.”

We can all see where this kind of brainwashing will lead. But for years now, communist defectors from nations like China and Venezuela have been warning us that these are the typical final moves before total socialist, authoritarian lockdown.

  1. CEO Gregg Hayes of Raytheon needs a serious bitch slap, all this political correctness will only spread discord and hate.

  2. I sure as hell wouldn’t sign any type of pledge to belittle myself for any job no matter how much they pay. That’s one reason why I’m self employed

  3. GO TO HELL! Raytheon! Why don’t ALL of you in top positions give them up to others, give up your high salaries and benefits and kiss the ass of those who take your place? Sound like a good idea? You elitist jerks need to learn your place. Beyond ridiculous! Woke is a joke! White supremacy/ black supremacy- ANY DAMN SUPREMACY other than money is a joke! The soros, gates, kerrys, pelosis, etc. are the supremacists. THEY are the ones in control and you’re just letting them keep stirring the pot! Stand up! Put some strength in your spine and say NOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!! TO HELL WITH WOKE YOU BASTARDS!!!!!!!!!

  4. Shame on you! Look up history and see how you are repeating it and how this type of dictatorship has led to ruin in times past. Let your workers work to their ability based on their skill level, not because of skin color. You, sir are a racist!!!!!

  5. If the USA is as horrible as its portrayal in CRT, why would Raytheon want to get paid to defend it?

  6. So Raytheon produces weapons of mass destruction that kill equally all races.
According to woke critical race theory ideology, this equality in killing is racist. It perpetuates the victimhood of blacks, muslims, Indians, asians…
Raytheon must pledge to develop weapons that will not kill blacks, communists, LGBTQ…
Also to fight systemic racism within Raytheon, all the upper executives, including Mr Hayes, must immediately acknowledge their privilege and cede their positions to lower ranking and inexperienced employees who are part of the oppressed class.
