CNN Explodes with Unprofessional Temper Tantrums After Massive Viewership Loss

The leader in fake news took a staggering hit as nearly two-thirds of its prime time viewers tuned out during the second quarter of 2021. Plummeting ratings and growing recognition CNN possesses zero journalistic integrity, host Brian Stelter recently through a hissy fit on air.

On a show that only CNN could call “Reliable Sources,” Stelter launched into a tirade bashing Americans who watch cable networks such as Fox News that present more fact-based reporting. His temper tantrum included a bizarre indictment that Republicans are somehow traitors. The unreliable source host, who former President Donald Trump nicknamed “Mr. Potato Head” and social media users simply refer to a “Tater,” unleashed a barrage of insults targeting conservatives and a personal attack on one of the cable news ratings leaders — Sean Hannity.

“To understand why so many Republicans have abandoned democracy, to see why so many believe ‘the big lie,’ to get why so many are trying to rewrite voting rules, you have to hear the poisonous propaganda that the GOP’s activist base is listening to. You have to really hear it,” Stelter reportedly said in a posture that resembled a George Costanza skit from a “Seinfeld” rerun. “The poisonous propaganda that the GOP’s activist base is listening to. It’s coming from Sean Hannity more than Trump now…nasty little words like these: socialist, stalker, weak, failure, hell-holes.”

It’s no coincidence that Stelter would lob a nothing burger at Hannity and the Fox News network. The crew at Fox have made great sport of Stelter’s recent book debacle. The CNN mouthpiece recently released “Hoax,” a work that failed to garner 2,000 sales during its first week despite aggressive in-person support. Sean Hannity has four books that have made the New York Times best-seller list. His “Life Free or Die: America (and the World) on the Brink” earned the No. 1 spot.

These pesky little conservative book successes add insult to a problem CNN celebrities have struggled with for years. Crowds shout down their on-site crews and even the most brainwashed liberal idiot has apparently given up. In recent years, CNN has all but promised Mr. Trump would be removed from office, serve jail time, be exposed by a B-level porn actress, and was in cahoots with Russian President Vladimir Putin. Perhaps it took left-wing viewers until 2021 to figure out the leader in fake news repeatedly scammed them. But learn they did as rating went off the cliff.

Fox’s “Tucker Carlson Tonight” ranked as the most-watched show with 2.924 million viewers, followed by “Hannity” with 2.653 million viewers. All told, Fox finished the second quarter by posting four of the five top-watched cable news shows. MSNBC’s “The Rachel Maddow Show” finished fourth just ahead of Fox’s “The Ingraham Angle” and behind “The Five.” When compared to 2020, CNN took an almost unprecedented year-over-year drop in viewership of 57 percent and 68 percent in prime time. While the big two also saw slippage, the losses are critical to CNN because the network has suffered big declines in the past.

It may seem like poetic justice to see liberals jumping ship on the leader in fake news. But truth be told, Stelter can throw all the tantrums he wants. No one really notices because so few watch CNN anyway.

  1. Indeed, CNN, being the enemy of truth, is the enemy of America.

    CNN must junked and destroyed.

  2. You can fool some of the people some of the time, but you can’t fool all the people all of the time. CNN has had their time.

  3. CNN is the absolute worst news station, extremely unprofessional with their inaccurate and false reporting. I would watch them only minutes at a time just to get a good laugh…..

  4. Like Seinfeld, CNN is about nothing. So if you’re about nothing you better be funny. Two time looser. Bonvoyage CNN hope you have a pleasant trip down the toilet bowl.

  5. The saddest part is that CNN was created by Ted Turner to counter the liberal bias at CBS, when his efforts to take over CBS News failed. (That was the old Ted, before Hanoi Jane became his control officer.)

  6. You do not need to label them “communist”, as the word in it’s true sense doesn’t really fit. Likely “crappy” would be more appropriate. The only time I ever see the CNN crap is in public airports on the waiting area monitors. Nothing that the WSJ in my hand cannot solve.

  7. i don’t know where they find the idiots that high light cnn broadcast, knuckelhead is better than potato head.

  8. By deciding to only broadcast the news that is/was harmful to Trump or helpful to Obama, Biden and Hilary, CNN, and the other biased news outlets, has done more damage to America by selectively influencing what the American people were, and were not, being told – much like a sporadic blindfold on the American voter.

  9. I cannot understand why they are allowed to continue these actions..is no-one in charge there who realizes there are all kinds of examples of their biased and misleading reporting from many others in media? Television, radio, newspapers, etc have done many of the same stories but their statements fit what I had seen and heard in live interviews. CNN’S does not. For the record l am not referring to Fox, Newsmax, OAN only. Many outlets cover the same things as CNN. Just better.
