One such scientist is Shibo Jiang, who developed a huge network of collaboration with U.S virus research labs over a 20 year period, Shibo Jiang collaborated with the People’s Liberation Army scientists, handing over his findings to the Chinese Military, all on the backs of American taxpayers.
