The debate about who’s running the country may no longer be in doubt as credible reports and first-hand evidence indicate Joe Biden is merely a puppet.
Those may sound like hyped words delivered by one of the millions of Americans troubled by Biden’s radical liberal shift after taking office. He campaigned on being willing to reach across the aisle and get things accomplished. But the post-election Democrat doesn’t resemble anything like his previous 40-plus years in the Senate, or Obama’s number two. A recent article published by the Wall Street Journal questions whether Americans have a legitimate president in office or a group of left-wing handlers calling the shots.
“Even before President Biden stepped into the White House, his advisers had laid out a schedule packed with policy-themed events, executive order signings, and legislative proposals,” The Wall Street Journal states. “The result is a White House in which the messaging is tightly controlled.”
Members of the establishment media favor the Biden Administration approach, largely because it offers little opportunity for criticism from conservatives and Republicans. Left-wing outlets can dabble in think-pieces and revel in the socialist proposals that come from the White House but not necessarily from Biden himself.
As the Wall Street Journal points out, members of the administration appear unhappy when Biden veers off message. They find themselves engaged in unnecessary damage control. When the occupant of the Oval Office speaks candidly or answers too many questions, White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki finds herself making excuses for Joe Biden.
“There are always days where you wish you would have said some things slightly differently. I bet that’s sometimes the case for the president himself,” Psaki reportedly said. She goes on to ensure members of the White House Press Corps that Biden is still a “decider.”
If that rings of skilled political operative inserting a false fact to avert pointed questions, that might not be far from the truth. In fact, Biden appears self-aware that he is not the “decider,” but rather a flunky for powerful liberal forces.
During a recent press interaction, Biden once again cut off a reporter who asked about the pandemic in India. Not having been prepped for that question, he reportedly said, “I’m sorry, this is the last question I will take. Then, I’m really going to be in trouble.”
Who exactly would the president of the most powerful country in the world going get “in trouble” with? That’s a question that keeps surfacing as Biden appears to be following orders. The Wall Street Journal went as far as to give Biden the benefit of the doubt. It’s abundantly clear he suffers diminished cognitive powers and requires a script and repeated rehearsals to deliver a message on point. But does the following analysis lend itself to Biden getting help or being led by the nose?
“Ms. Psaki is a senior member of a team consisting of a few dozen White House communications and press specialists who spend a lot of time thinking about what Mr. Biden should — and shouldn’t — say,” the Wall Street Journal reportedly states. “Aides try to structure Mr. Biden’s public schedule around one distinct message each day.”
The free will of the supposed President of the United States appears to be completely absent. While former President Donald Trump found himself at odds with the dishonest media, he remained fully engaged and in charge. Nothing in Biden’s policy initiatives or interactions indicates he holds sway in the White House.
